House is poor quality. The floors upstairs squeak significantly, the hinges have black dust coming off everywhere, kitchen cabinets are uneven, and there is a significant draft on the master bedroom window where the window must not have been properly installed. The trash around the community is a nightmare. I've had to have the electric and plumbing fixed on the house in less that 6 months of living there. I'm really unhappy with the home purchase.

I had many dislike from the contract to move in. But these were not in control by CB JENI. The CB JENI agent and construction manager were very easy to work with.

I love the quality of the home, and the floor plan includes so many great storage spaces! It is a beautiful home, I’m so proud to own it. [name removed] is so kind and easy to work with, she kept in contact through the whole process and answered all my questions. The builder walkthrough was super helpful, and [name removed] pointed out things I needed to remember to do, and showed me how to do them. I’m very happy with my experience so far.

The sale agent, very friendly, kind, and very care full and the builder also was very kind and fix everything they can but the quality and contractor not that good small problem start like cabinets screw fall down and cabinets company handyman not professional try to blame everything to or builder need to change contractor or some companies but so far everything good just let see and we had some electrical problem by switch of fridge was not working but the the builder was taking care of it hopefully ?? no more problems.

When I was closing the house, I noticed many irregularities in the garage's finishing. My builder provided me with no options, and in the kitchen and bathrooms, they did not install any hardware for the cabinets. Not sure who will help me on this two issues

Like: Prompt response from Sales staff, [name removed] and builder: [name removed]. When I address any concerns, they give me the time frames and fixed the issue on time. They are very professional, patient and show true care about customer. Dislike: This is for the designer, it doesn't make sense that master bedroom has enough shelves, but the 2nd and 3rd small bedrooms only have one shelf on the very top level, which is extremely inconvenient for most people in an average height. Also, the powder room needs a cabinet on top of the toilet. I had to hire someone to add all those with additional cost. I truly think they needs to be included in the purchase.

[name removed] was fantastic- responded in timely manner and was very available for my questions. [name removed] the building supervisor was also forthcoming and easy to deal with. The 1st couple of days in the house he was around to answer questions as he was working on other homes in neighborhood.

She was also patient with me when I was distracted by many personal problems during the contracting process. [name removed] built a solid product and his pride in the product shows. Superb customer service.

Pros: location, staff, warranty process, overall quality of the home. Cons: lingering warranty issues but that’s on me because I’ve been waiting to file them which I plan on doing soon before my 1yr anniversary. Progress in the neighborhood has been a little slow so still having to deal with dust and trash being left behind by construction workers.
