Wow, I just loved everything. I really can't imaging buying a house any other way. Your staff is amazing. You have thoroughly refined your processes to make building a home perfect for the home buyer. I love your floor plans and how your homes look and feel. Your materials are quality and the work is true craftsmanship. I did want to mention that while the master bathroom is extraordinary, the other bathrooms are too small. The basement bathroom is too small for other members of the household to use everyday. There is limited storage or counter space, so we tried getting an over-the-toilet shelving unit. The bathroom is so narrow, we struggle to find anything that fits. It doesn't need to be much bigger, but even 1 foot extra would make it more enjoyable for other members of the house to use everyday. I mentioned the quality of the deck in a previous survey. I still feel the same way. It just doesn't have the same quality as the rest of the house. The wood is already cracking and chipping. But those two things are the only things I would change about the house. Everything else is just perfect. Lastly, I don't fault Classic for this, but you should know the contractors make a huge mess in the neighborhood. When the house next door was being built, I constantly found cigarette butts in my front yard. I also found a razor blade in my rocks. I have trash everyday that blows into my yard and that's too bad, because Classic works so hard.

It was an easy and smooth experience for us. Kimberly, and her team, Jennifer and Maureen, were fantastic and kept the line of communication open throughout the process. We bought a fully spec’s out home so this is just for information purposes. There are a couple of things that I wish was available in the process such as duct cleaning prior to move -in. It would give us peace of mind that the air in the house is free of construction debris instead of leaving it up to the homeowner to do. Also, I really wish we had 8’ doors as it would elevate the look and feel of the interior. There is also a design flaw on the eaves on the rear side of the house that directs rain/snow melt around the gutter and therefore drips onto the patio which ices up in the winter. Lastly, the most important item to note is that this home should have a dual zone HVAC system as the temperature difference between the upper and lower levels are significant. I hope these all help with future builds. We enjoy our home and overall are very happy with the decision to buy a Classic.

I really liked their workmanship and their ability to communicate effectively. So far, we've been extremely happy with our home. Classic Homes is the third builder we worked with and by far they have surpassed the other two builders.

We built the house from out of state and we loved the constant interaction and updates. What we disliked most was not being able to have common things like the EV charger set with an amp and ready to go.

We had problems with the dryer tripping the circuit breaker. The solution to this issue wasn’t resolved . I had to hire my own electrician to address the issue.

The Classic Homes team is stellar! They do so much to ensure you're happy with your new home. I have built two homes with them now and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home or even an older classic home. We feel our home is built exceptionally well, we don't have to worry about anything as they keep you informed through the entire process, and take care of any issues or concerns that you have. We can't say enough great things about them from start to finish!

The front office, Teresa was extremely helpful and informative for all questions I had. The purchase process was very smooth and stress free. Closing at the main branch at Classic was a pleasant experience as well and they made me feel valued and apart of a community.

We throughly enjoyed the entire process from sales with Hayden & Julie to the Design Studio and the amazing selections offered with Leigh and of course not to forget Kyle & Mike in construction who were quick to answer questions during construction. Having built several new homes over the years and my working with kb Home in Las Vegas for over 11 years I can attest that Classic Homes is a great builder to work with!

After 10 months we had a few minor issues with the house that have been repaired. would like to see a quicker response from the time a warranty claim has been submitted until it is actually repaired

The sales team was wonderful! The design team was the same however, I wish things that are not standard for example locks on bedroom doors, lights on the deck extension etc. were pointed out to avoid any issues. Our home had a leak in the media room that is still being addressed. We lived in the home now for about 6 weeks of which most of that time there was contaminants present. In addition, everytime the problem is addressed we deal with the stress of moving around furniture, cleaning and then moving the furniture back. This will be completely remediated hopefully 7/15 however, being a family that loves movie time and always have a house full of kids visiting since it’s Summer time, this was highly inconvenience and time consuming not to mention the added work (cleaning, moving around furniture, working around the time to have trades in and out of our home etc.).
