Every aspect of our build was poorly executed. The only bright spots were our salesman, [name removed] and the service provided by [name removed]'s warranty department. Too many issues to even list. We are very disappointed with the way our build went and how our house turned out.

Loved the Home, [name removed] was very helpful from the beginning walked in to the model home,, she understood our needs, [name removed] was super friendly and helpful, he made sure the house was in perfect condition when we moved in, the house was very clean we had a great experience how he handled every single detail the house needed. Overall great experience with shaddock homes and I would definitely recommend it to any friends or family.

The Sales process was good. Few months in, during a heavy rains, we got water in our study and entrance. It was diagnosed as a leak due to gap near roof and brick. The seep holes were also blocked by cement, so water came inside. Required ripping the sheet rock off and and flooring to find problem. House was a mess but it was taken care off. I experience would have been a 10 with [name removed] if not for the water leak situation. It showed quality control was lacking during build.

Like: get the discount for closing Dislike:there are a lot of dirty dots and paints at everywhere like door handle ,sink the light is already broken in two weeks, bathroom tile is cracked first week, transfer was very compact
