I hated the fact that my brand new building started having cracks on the floors and tiles. However, I loved the customer service [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] performed to have the issue attended to on time

I really liked the house from the start, the quality of its materials and design. Although I had some communication issues with [name removed], everything was resolved thanks to [name removed], an extremely valuable person for [name removed] Homes, who was present throughout the entire purchasing process and helped me overcome the difficult times I had with Guild [name removed]. In the end, everything turned out well thanks to [name removed] and my realtor, who also intervened in any problems that arose. [name removed], you are the best! Thank you so much for all your help!

I have disliked that the personnel is constantly changing. Everyone I worked with when I purchased my home is now gone. I’ve had multiple issues with my home to include electrical, landscaping, and irrigation, doors, windows, subfloor and vinyl planking.

Bad inspection since we found out the AC was totally wrong wired or stuff we don’t understand well. [name removed] 6 months without a correct AC. Electric bill high due to this. Two people from ac came to check. The first one with all respect did not know anything about AC. Left everything the same or worst. The last technician was wonderful So [name removed] Homes did not have a good inspector.

-I had a leak in the roof in one of the half bathrooms. They had to come out a few different times to repair. This time they actually found that there was 2-3 holes in the roof shingles. However, instead of replacing the actual shingles, it was only patched with tar. I feel like that is a temporary solution to a problem that can result in a bigger issue later down the road. When I asked why they couldn’t be replaced, I was told that they don’t normally do that and the tar should fix it. -I also reported a significant gap in the fence when I first moved in, but I was told they didn’t want to completely redo the fence so they would just add more mulch to the hole. The mulch was added but that didn’t actually fix the gap. I love the overall house, but it does not always seem like people want to address the repairs the correct way. Instead they want to put a “band aid” on the issue and quickly resolve it because actually fixing it the correct way would cost more money and time.

Homebuilder Customer Reviews

No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

In "Homebuilder Customer Reviews", we present the ratings and comments collected from new-home buyers at these three points in time.

Eliant verifies that only evaluations completed by actual customers are included in this "Homebuilder Customer Reviews" site. No other evaluations - whether collected by the builder or those appearing on other public sites - are included here. All customer comments are included verbatim, no editing is permitted.
