I really like the experience buying and moving in. Everything was personable and prosessional. Our builder [name removed] has been very helpful too and has been efficient in answering all questions. [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed too.

There a multitude of quality issues with my home. The carpet pad is basic and you can feel the tack board under it. The entire second floor creaks no matter how softly you walk on it. My second shower had the grout and silicone fail in a corner. The breaker trips if you use an air fryer on the wrong socket.

What we liked most about the purchase experience was that whenever we needed something or asked of something [name removed] and [name removed] never made it seem as hassle or bother to accommodate us.
