The entire purchase process was rushed with a quick closing for no reason. The lack of communication between century myself and my lender was ridiculous. There was No reason to rush the closing. That created chaos for everyone involved. If I had to do it over I would not have chose to do it. The builder representative [name removed] was and has been outstanding for us. We thank him again. Overall with the quick closing of the entire transaction it took away from the overall excitement from buying this home.

I appreciated the regular check-ins and updates. I also loved that I was able to tour my home before it was finished and see some of the construction wrapping up myself.

Mr. [name removed], the construction officer who introduced the house, his help and interest are really great. He is a man who is smiling and helpful in everything. Working with him is really good. In addition, I was generally pleased with the discounts made by the company and your tolerant employees.

home purchase experience was great. Now i need follow through with the repairs. Have one of three on the schedule. Still waiting to schedule two more repairs. One is due to the flooding of the property. This is my biggest concern, because we moved there out of a flood zone (previous home flooded three times) to our first night there with water almost in the home. I do trust [name removed] will make it good.

See previous comments. I never received the email to access the title company's Portal, despite informing your realtor on multiple occasions. The emails/documents were simply generic form letters, with information non-applicable to my situation (i.e, marital affidavit, mortgage information when I was a cash buyer etc.) It would be more professional if your team attempted to personalize their communication to the buyer's situation. There was plumbing garbage left near the well, garbage strewn in the yard and a trench dug in the backyard that was not filled in. The cleaners did a good job cleaning construction dust and removing a rust stain in the shower. Several items on the punch list were not completed.

The lending process was the most incredible area of this entire process. However, the closing portion was an absolute nightmare with the lawyer's office.

Dislike - I don't know the boundaries of the lot (this should have a clear understanding of each property line). Also, the cabinet doesn't have fixtures.
