I appreciate that Century Complete provided down payment assistance; that the appliances and blinds were included in the purchase of the home; a cabinet over the refrigerator was provided free of charge, even though it was not part of the original purchase agreement. What I disliked: The lack of attention to details in delivering products that were free of defects in functionality and finish. You could tell that painters did not mask flooring when painting the baseboards, leaving brushed line of paint on the flooring. The flooring had multiple scratches and smudged marks due to the trades not providing some type of protective barrier to keep it from getting damaged while working. The front door had a rough, uneven surface , and paint spatter. Painter got paint on the new handle that was installed on the front entry door. The door to the electrical panel was difficult to open. Scratch marks and smug marks on wall that had to be painted over multiple times do to trades coming in to fix one issue and causing another. Flat paint, instead of semi gloss paint was used in walls in high traffic areas such as kitchen, and bathrooms. When installing materials, trades left debris and consumables (utility knife blades) behind. They not do a very good job cleaning up after themselves.

Read what was written. [name removed] and [name removed] were outstanding in getting issues taken care of and there communication with me. As far as the rest it was totally lack of communication - and rush job.

Dislike, there really not much of an option to do the walk throughs on the weekends, since I liveed 60 miles away from the purchased home it was hard to get there during the week. Did one virtual and I was able to make to the final walk through.

Before and when i moved in ,there were 3 or 4 plants in the front yard that were dead. I’m still waiting on this to be resolved by replacement
