We missed an attempt to buy a [name removed] prior to this [name removed] (lot 32 Cimarron) purchase as we were unfamiliar with "buy on line." [name removed] (Phoenix office) went our of her way to keep us updated after that.

The tour contractor very knowledgeable, I’ve asked for a couple of things like cracked window and sod but [name removed] will make sure a written order is performed .He was very professional throughout tour.i trust he will get the window and sod fixed . He wants this neighborhood to be in looks, and all about safety . I did request 2 big children playing or watch for children cause at night cars are fast and evening time . He will take care of that .

The quality of the cabinets is poor, and the closet racks are poor and backyard were not fully sodded. It is also very hard to lock the back door. Other than that, we love the house.

Inspire mortgage needs to be more user friendly have offices that buyers can walk in and submit documents the “ portal” is nonsense!

[name removed], who was always on-site was very informative and kept me up to speed with the house schedule thru the building process. Lack of professional/legal closing for property. Not provided access to keys. Did not receive until a week later. Closing documents not prepared proactively- prepared day before and overnighted to my attorney. Pushed to the wire!

During walk thru I was flooded with information, and at the same time trying to ensure the house didn't have any cosmetic issue, it wa overwhelming and all of the issues found were addressed. After moving in I noticed several walls are crooked and the baseboards are out of square, I also noticed bathtub drains off centered. Thisbis a new build home, these issues should have been found during routine inspections from the builder to ensure the best quality. Who ever done the baseboards did not have high standards. The painters also done a sloppy job, it was obvious that they didn't take pride in their work. I will be scrubbing paint splatters off the floor and sanding paint runs for a while.

Communication with sales consultant about internet etc after move in not having an address for delivery’s or being able to do a change of address or enroll my kids in school. Also still do not have fiber optic that I really need for work my temporary internet is finicky
