Water pressure in the home is very low compared to other homes we have lived in and when brought up to warranty department they stated there is nothing the can do

I am disappointed in many of the materials used in the building process. They are not to a quality I was expecting. Perfect example is the paint. It is not good quality and was very carelessly applied with no consideration for fixtures, hardware or even floors and windows. There are a few other areas I wish desert view would have spoken to the subcontractors to ensure quality products and well executed installation not fast and haphazard. I am very impressed with many of the additional feature desert view added to the home like the water filter and smart home features which makes me even more disappointed that these other areas were so poorly overseen by desert view homes.

I liked how communicative [name removed] was and all that he did to try and make the purchasing experience as easy as possible. I did not like the wording in the hard deadline to close in order to receive the appliances. This part felt very lowbrow and not part the overall experience I received in the rest of the experience. You should reconsider this portion of the purchasing experience.
