I like having an HOA, but wish it was better. I enjoyed our 1 year warranty, looking forward to fixing the issues within the home. I wish there were better sidewalks, as in that walked the entire neighborhood. I loved having 15k your way. I enjoy our person who does home inspections to make sure we love the home!

I had been told about some features that would be included in the house at price. Later I had pointed out and asked about said features when at my design studio appointment. I was told that they were not included anymore, even though those features were made out to be big selling points.

We signed a lease based on the estimated build time that was given to us, but you all finished 3 months early, so we had to pay double rent/mortgage for May. The tightened timeline was not brought to our attention till WE shared concerns about the speed of the build around January. We got a few build updates from our previous project manager, but he never mentioned the build going faster than originally anticipated or a pushed up closing/move in date. We had to initiate that conservation.

The house was good at first but then I started seeing cracks in walls. My entire back patio is cracked where the slabs meet. The front patio has imperfections. There are cracks all over the house. There are gaps on the floors. Bathtub is cracked. The paint started chipping from the base boards in 5 months. It seemed like only 1 paint of coat was applied to the base boards. Paint is chipping from few other places like fireplace.

Everything has been great, there has been a few small issues here and there but the Ideal team has handled them very well. The build quality has been excellent with only very minor things that are easy to fix.

Follow-through on fixing issues in the first year has declined dramatically. I have been waiting for a cabinet door that was taken off for 5 months now.
