My experience overall has been quite positive. I've had a few issues with my electric breaker and an issue with one of my bathroom toilets. These issues were addressed in a timely manner.

I really liked my sale reps throughout the process. They were always responsive and made the process smooth. The lending experience was not as smooth toward the end unrelated to the reps.

I was fighting literally to get the %3,99 interest rate and it was impossible and now they are offering the $3,99????
