From sending me pictures to having the [name removed] and [name removed] call me with updates. I was always informed with the progress of my home. It made purchasing a home while located in another city, less stressful.

Like: The team is very responsive, more than willing to help, and goes above and beyond to ensure any issues (even small issues) are fixed. Dislike: Unclear communication around administrative items. For example, there was no formal announcement, email, or documentation around Best Buy Geek Squad and the services they'd provide upon move-in. Plus, I only recently learned through word of mouth that it's no longer Best Buy Geek Squad and it will now be SST. As a homeowner, this is important information, because I spent my time and money into a home security system that is not compatible with SST's system.

I don't have any complaints and only good things to say about the level of patience and the service we received. We hired a third party inspector who helped us dodge a bullet in the past and this report came up practically clean aside from a couple cosmetic issues that got resolved next-day. We haven't been able to move in just yet, but the days go by slower the closer we get to our move in due to sheer anticipation.

The builders (especially [name removed]) were extremely responsive and were willing to ensure we had a fully functional home prior to move in. They worked with us at every step, even informing us what was warrantable! They have been great.

[name removed]’s deep knowledge of every aspect of the home buying process made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. She was always patient, took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and worked tirelessly to resolve any issues that came up, always providing timely solutions. [name removed], the field manager, was equally impressive. He has a remarkable eye for detail and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every part of the home met the highest standards. He was extremely dependable and quick to address any concerns, making sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Overall, both [name removed] and [name removed] made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly set them apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The best part of this experience has been working with [name removed] to resolve our multiple build and quality issues. [name removed] has been responsive and follows through on each issue to make sure it has been completed and to satisfaction. If not for [name removed], we would have put our house on the market and bought a [name removed] Post home. Dislikes - The issues have been numerous, but main issues - Leak into Master Bedroom (damaged walls and Floors), Leak on sliding doors and damaged floors, no hot water to Master Showe, and many windows were not set Plumb. I framed houses to pay for college and have owned over 12 homes, 5 as full time residencies. This is the lowest quality home I have ever lived in. The home is beautiful on the outside, but your contractors are not up to snuff. Your GMs do not inspect the contractors work and let poor quality pass, which becomes the owner's issue. We were also told we had to have ceiling fans in each room we wanted double switches, and it was told later to us that was not true. We also paid $28,000 for the sliders through your company so they would be installed by the builder. It was only $12,000 to have it done in Frisco but I wanted the builder to do it so it would be done right. It leaked and damaged the floors. So, I agreed to overpay to not have issues, and still had issues. Once again, if it were not for [name removed] working to resolve the issues you would have heard from my attorney by now.

I really appreciated [name removed] and his team. As a first time homeowner, I often panicked when things started to break. However, [name removed] did a great job calming me down, and helping send adequate resource for me to fix issues. Two examples include the LVP floor, as well as the cracks in the drywall. [name removed] is super responsive in email, and worked quickly to send someone my way to help resolve. Really appreciate that!

[name removed] was amazing in supporting us to be able to move in to our dream home floor plan (the Exbury Executive) the Wilshire Executive was a close runner up. [name removed] was available for communication every step of the way and made moving from out of state a breeze. [name removed] was on top of making sure our house was managed with care by staying on top of all the disciplines and getting things done from our final walk through notes before and after move in.
