At first, they were very responsive. I have been having an issue with a sprinkler broken by one of the contractors(next door) and no response as of yet. Spoke to the office last week, still waiting..

I don't have any complaints and only good things to say about the level of patience and the service we received. We hired a third party inspector who helped us dodge a bullet in the past and this report came up practically clean aside from a couple cosmetic issues that got resolved next-day. We haven't been able to move in just yet, but the days go by slower the closer we get to our move in due to sheer anticipation.

like = no significant surprises, accountability from builder checking off punch list dislike = didn't have many time options to do my final walkthrough due to limitations in builder's calendar
