I have had many problems with the home since moving in. I even outreached HOA with some concerns with no response back. I’m still waiting on items to be fixed . Worst first time buyer experience I have ever had.

The purchase was easy and went well. Since we have closed we have had items that were supposed to be completed prior to the final walk through that still have not been completed. We reached out to the realtor over a week ago and still have not heard from the superintendent.

The experience when purchasing my home through [name removed] Homes was wonderful the staff played a major role in my purchase. The realtors [name removed] and [name removed] was very profession and patience with me I only visited and revisited about 1000 times and toured the same homes over and over before I purchased and still, they always welcome me back with open arms. The project manager [name removed] that was the frosting on the cake LOL I met [name removed] with I first visited [name removed] Homes I was touring with [name removed]. [name removed] pulled up on us in his black truck and start talking to us as if he knew us for years very comforting. and yes, also I felt like a VIP when I did the walk through of the home with [name removed]. The staff rock I felt no pressure they just made it that much easier when I decided to purchase this home. I almost wanted them to pressure me just what I'm use to, but they never bugged LOL Overall, I just continue to feel a bond with all the staff. After being in my homes for some months at times I may have call them for concerns or questions involving my home and Bamm!!!! just like that I always got my answer. You hired the best believe me I been around meaning looking for a house north, south, east and west and definitely came back home to the best!!! Thank You [name removed] Homes and YES [name removed] Homes does have best Homes. My decision to purchase a home was total base on the beauty and price of this home and the customer service I receive just help to seal the deal.

They didn't offer refrigerator, washing & dryer also the blinds.

I have a "settling crack" in my cealing that stretches across the house East to West. I have never experienced a settling Crack like this before even when we stayed in out 2 story home. This home is a single level.

Follow through from the punch list, required us to chase folks down. There was a couple of hand offs to other folks. [name removed] was fantastic! [name removed] very helpful. Challenging when they are moved to another job site. [name removed] continues to check in on us. [name removed] has been helpful from LandSea Office on site at El Cidro
