[name removed], the field manager, was equally impressive. He has a remarkable eye for detail and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every part of the home met the highest standards. He was extremely dependable and quick to address any concerns, making sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. From our initial meeting with [name removed], through the entire building process with [name removed] and his team, every part of the building process was enjoyable and exciting! We are so thankful for [name removed]’s attentiveness and attention to detail. He has continuously and thoughtfully checked in and made sure we have been satisfied. You can truly tell he cares about his customers. The neighborhood is so clean and in such beautiful condition. We are just so impressed. [name removed] was amazing at checking in with updates throughout the building process and was there to answer all of our questions! I am so thankful we chose Land Sea homes and will absolutely recommend them to our friends and family!

Do not at all like or want to be member of the hoa empire. I had to be a member in order to buy the house. I want to screen in the lanai and they already gave me problems even though I am using a known vendor superior aluminum. The hoa does nothing for me.
