We have been in our home for 7 months now. We have "tried" to work with [name removed] on an AC issue and a microwave vent issue, all he does is direct us to the supplier, in this case Del-Air and GE. [name removed] does not listen and has not followed through on ANY of the issues we have, we would rather not work with him. Our AC still requires a "high pressure switch" and our vent still does not work ....... SEVEN MONTHS LATER!!!!!!

They used the cheapest materials possible, did not use the correct size air conditioner for the square footage, their subcontractors should not be allowed to build houses and repeated warranty claims have not resolved the issues

We liked that they worked with us to implement some handicapped features to the floorplan for our family. We did not like the clean up finish work was not fully completed prior to move in. We also have seen some minor negligence in finish work such as calking under window sills.

The buying process was very fast and very easy. Seemed like a whirlwind experience. As a first time home buyer, you think this will be a huge hassle and seem neverending but it was the exact opposite. We love our new home and we have contacts to turn to if we ever have any questions about features or any issues that are found.

Poor quality of work. I have multiple issues that need to be fixed under warranty, however multiple calls to warranty department have gone unanswered with no call back and the email address and website we were given at close are no longer in service.

I'm just in shock on how there is no attention to detail. The main goal for everyone at [name removed] Homes is just finish the house as quickly as possible and close the deal. Then this details start coming out once you move in, and then you have to email waranty and just wait for the proper person to come and fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed.

I just purchased a home that does not have towel racks or toilet paper holders in either of the bathrooms. This is a basic item for a brand-new home. It is frustrating working with your company.

walked the property when closing with [name removed] (Job superintendent) and he poorly did our walk thru and never came back to resolved the pending issues. The mailbox for the property were not available until 3 to 4 months after moving in. The HOA was not ever notice, nor did they know about the subdivision. I had to wait several months to be able to have installed my fencing for approval.

Like - onsite project manager - [name removed]. Control and quality of construction seems great. Efficiency of communication with [name removed]. Products picked in selection showroom where 95% what was expected and produced. [name removed] is the reason the builder receives a top score. He made it all happen. Reasonable - The showroom experience was slightly limited and took a while for someone to 'attend' to my needs. The sales process was highly abbreviated, which was not appreciated. The salesperson's attention span was limited and really not available for much concern after the contract was signed. Discontent with 3 things: the upgraded toilet, the backsplash was not completed on adjacent wall as show and sold in the showroom. The 'build' process was completed too soon. I was targeted for December and it was finished in September. Caused some unplanned and scramble circumstances on my end. Unhappy: The closing process was a cluster. I believe the agents at the title company were seasoned but the title review missed a 'release' element, that my attorney discovered. Took a great deal of effort and added cost on my end to get everyone to cooperate. It still had to be corrected after closing.

We did not receive a warranty service presentation and/or walkthrough so whom do we contact?; two of four bathroom faucets have broken handles (poor design chosen or very cheap fixtures used); one of the master bathroom doors appears to have been damaged and poorly repaired with drywall patch and the master bathroom shower controller door is not properly mounted to the closet wall; the doorway thresholds were not cleaned but left with paint and other material on them and likewise throughout the house on the floor tiles there are several smudges and spots; on the converse, there are several places where paint has not been applied to parts of walls or ceilings as well as a couple spots on the exterior stucco; also the paver driveway is very narrow.
