Dislike: Working with [name removed] from day 1 of the final walk-through has been VERY poor and negative. From our initial walk through, he dismissed our concerns when none of the blue taping was handled by [name removed]'s team and blamed the construction side. He is the worst customer satisfaction manager we've ever met. He is VERY condescending and acts like he is better than everyone he works with/for. His tone and attitude is snarky and rude. He does not care about his customers and has mentioned multiple times that the tickets we put in are "tedious" (referring to the paint touch up offered for our 30 day move in) when this was something [name removed] Homes specifically called us about to do. We put in tickets for the windows that had scratches on it (mentioned prior to move in and still not handled over 30 days later), and now we have found MOLD in our new construction home which he is not acting on. He tells us to put in tickets, but then does not follow up on any of them. When we call him to address the tickets not being responded to, he gets defensive and tells us to give him time. All we do is give him time and nothing is resolved. Horrible experience. [name removed] tells us constantly that "you bought a production home" so blemishes, dents, scratches, paint splatters in strange areas, mold, and other issues not done well overall is "normal". He told us to look at the model homes and that they are also in the same poor condition and he speaks in such a negative and snarky way to us, the CUSTOMERS, about [name removed] homes. If this is the customer service that [name removed] provides and is the standard, we cannot recommend [name removed] to anyone and will be sharing our experiences further.

Overall I liked both Sales and Construction team for the way they treated me and understood my concerns and their actions to resolve them. Could have been more flexible with my move-in date. After move-in I see a bunch of issues that I need to work with the warranty team to address. Hopefully they will resolve all of them soon.
