The sales lady and [name removed] were great dealing with them both! However afterthought sale has not been good since we have found issues, not noticed at walk thru, which has made us start questioning the quality of your houses and our purcahase of a [name removed] home. I feel the program you just started where you send surveys like this for homeowners to voice our concerns. However I hope you take action on the surveys you receive with issues. Surveys are useless if that don't solve the issues your homeowners have!! Please help!!

Everything went by smoothly with our contract and purchase down to getting our home keys. Moving was a pain like it always is but very easy.

We had some issues early on regarding the front profile of our home, and we were not able to get the one we signed for. This issue was righted, but it was difficult dealing with for a brief time.
