Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.

Everything went perfect and smoothly up until I had to pick up my keys for my home . My loan company advised Trophy signature homes that I was ready to pick up my keys . I called the office 4 times and no one picked up. We nervously drove our way to the office. Upon our arrival I knocked several times and ranged the bell and no one answered . After waiting a few minutes I wiggle the doorknob and to my surprise their was a man sitting inside. So if I didn’t open the door myself I would have had to wait and post pone my moving truck that was already paid for. That is the only real complaint I have.

We love everything about the home and community. [name removed] has been amazing. He keeps his promises and follows up until all things are corrected. He’s very kind and very responsive to our questions and concerns. We’re pleased at how well our home was built and how all items requiring correction are minor. [name removed] was wonderful with providing information and guiding us through purchase. The mortgage (UHM) was incredibly efficient and the representatives were so helpful.

Diked the fact that another builder next door while competing construction left trash and the yard digging left all kinds of dirt in front of my driveway. I also disliked the fact that we liked another home which went down in price and we we were interested in that floor plan as well but were told that we would have to loose our 5k down payment, that did not sit well with me. But overall we are ok with everything.

The foundation drip lines were not buried under the soil. This leaves problems for future maintenance of the lines.

Britanny was so helpful and always responding to my queries. She made buying process easy. [name removed] the construction manager explained me in detail during walk through and was very helpful. He helped me resolve issue during a month warranty period.

I liked getting to meet the builder [name removed]. He was very friendly during our home inspection and was able to answer a lot of our questions. [name removed] was even kind enough to share his contact info with me and although I haven’t needed to call him I have his information if need be. [name removed] was also very good at her communication and was kind to me and my spouse. From the moment I walked into the model home here at [name removed] place I could tell that Trophy was crafting better homes and that their sales team was a lot friendlier than LGI which is the builder we were under contract with initially. Our process with Greenbrick title wasn’t as smooth but we got to the finish line. [name removed] and [name removed] are doing a great job here at [name removed].
