So far the quality of the home is great and seems better than the meritage homes, especially when you look at the roof and type of shingles they used. Much better quality than 3 tab. My warranty manager [name removed] is very communicative and ensures all my questions are answered.

I liked getting to meet the builder [name removed]. He was very friendly during our home inspection and was able to answer a lot of our questions. [name removed] was even kind enough to share his contact info with me and although I haven’t needed to call him I have his information if need be. [name removed] was also very good at her communication and was kind to me and my spouse. From the moment I walked into the model home here at [name removed] place I could tell that Trophy was crafting better homes and that their sales team was a lot friendlier than LGI which is the builder we were under contract with initially. Our process with Greenbrick title wasn’t as smooth but we got to the finish line. [name removed] and [name removed] are doing a great job here at [name removed].

[name removed] was wonderful! Always there to answer questions, even on her days off! And she still is helping. Just feels nice to know that there's someone who will help when needed. Everything went very smoothly, but even after moved in, I wasn't just ignored. A very good feeling!

I liked that [name removed] and [name removed] were readily available and always responded in a timely manner. [name removed] was VERY pleasant and a joy to work with. I also liked that the lender was able to work to closing so quickly. I appreciated the reduction of the purchase price and closing costs.
