I saw a picture and description of the home listed on one of the real estate ads on HAR, or Zillow. I decided to drive by and as I did, a young man was putting out yard signs for open house. I stopped to ask him some questions, (at this time I had no intentions of purchasing a home yet, but your Century sales Agent, Mr. [name removed] did such a great job showing me the home and all the great features it has, that I decided my house hunting had ended and I signed a contract that day. Mr. [name removed] has been a big help to me as I'm transitioning from a home I have lived in for 40 years into my new home with Century. I'm a 75 yr old widow, and without his great salesmanship and genuine over and above efforts to help me through this transition, I most probably would not be living here today. [name removed], the Construction Manager has also been a big help to me as I navigate through the "workings" of the home.

Whole process was good. Our builder [name removed] was great help, there wasn’t much to call out during our walk thrus but he even marked up some small things that I missed and got everything taken care of. The few issues that did come up [name removed] responded and fixed fast he even helped me with things that are outside his responsibilities.

Some difficulties with the mortgage company changing the final day for paperwork for closing. Then almost last minute changing the time until we raised the issue and they put it back to the original time.

The whole process was smooth until closing, our name wasnt correctly written out in the contract so we were going to risk not closing if we didnt agree to do a quit claim deed after closing
