What I liked most about my purchase experience was how professional, communicative, and helpful Century Communities was throughout the entire process. They were incredibly knowledgeable and worked seamlessly with me, my broker, and my real estate agent to make sure everything went smoothly. One of the biggest factors that attracted me to the sale was the $30,000 in concessions they offered, which made a huge difference. From start to finish, Century Communities made me feel supported and confident in my decision. Also, they were extremely positive, transparent, and honest about the process which put me to ease and made me feel hopeful as I was very nervous.

Just the back and forth of being told I can get the 3-2-1 buy down but then being told no by the lender because they stated that other parties of century may not know how it actually works. I was told I would have that buy down and paid my earnest fee then they said no because of the closing costs being covered. I think the communication on buy downs should be done by the correct party before the customer starts the paperwork so there are no blind sides during the contract to move in process.

What I really liked was the quality of the home with quartz countertops and being a smart home. I really liked all the people that I interacted with starting with [name removed] then with [name removed] who was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was pleased with how welcoming they were to my realtor especially with me being from out of state it was much easier working through my realtor. Everyone has been very nice and attentive with any issues being resolved promptly and thoroughly.

Inspire home loan officer and make ready process with the construction manager was filled with frustration and nightmares. Was afraid to communicate to them sometimes. [name removed] did a great job.

I was told the Garage door noise would be fixed during pre walk through but after moving in I was told it does not come under warranty. There was no attempt made to fix. My brand new homes garage has loud noise while closing/opening

The contract part was great. The walk through went good. Found a lot of things that was wrong with the house. Only thing that was fixed was the paint. The drainage in the back yard was never fixed and was told it would not be fixed and I had to pay to fix it. Cabinet work was not fixed before move in. Found the wiring for the smart home was not in the installed. When they came to fix that they had punched over 20 holes in my wall to find the wiring. Then had to wait over a week to have the wall fixed. Then I found out there is sprinkler system is missing heads in the system. Also my A/C system is not working. To where I have rooms that are hotter then the rest. Still not fixed.
