We have been in the house since November and have had 0 issues. Legend homes reaches out to us to regularly to make sure everything is still going smoothly as well.

I have been very impressed with the home warranty rep and how quickly issues have been addressed and resolved. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, I have not been equally impressed with the HOA. The fee we are charged is $200 higher than what is stated on the website or what we discussed with the sales agent when we were in the buying process. I talked with HOA representatives on the phone, via email, and through the portal about this. They assured me they would discuss it with Legend Home and get back to me. That was 4 months ago and they have since ignored every attempt to communicate with them. The HOA fees were a determining factor in choosing this neighborhood over others, we budgeted for it, and then we charged something different with no forewarning. The account is supposedly on hold while the issue is being resolved, but there has been no sign of attempted resolution. I'm worried that we are going to get penalized for not paying our dues soon, but we would appreciate both communication and consistency. If one fee is being advertised, it should be honored.
