The workmanship was poor in reference to the upgrades on all the trim, 90% has been corrected, the paint job is substandard with overspray, and paint on flooring, had a defective gas stove and took about 3weeks to get it replaced so living here with the ability to cook. Still waiting to hear back about my tile repair. Still waiting for the screen door to be replaced along with my front door not sealing closed at the top, lost my super 3/4 into the job the lack of supervision of trades were none existent. Still have no signage of my address at the street and everyone in my area are not getting some deliveries because they can’t find us. The landscaping is over watering and trees are falling over I contacted sever of the [name removed] and nobody really cares, been here six weeks and still no parking strips so it’s hard to park because some just can’t judge where to park. Yet no one from [name removed] seems to care after we paid and sign contract. The subs here do what they want when they want with little to no supervision. If [name removed] cares at all they would come here and talk to me instead of a survey that may not even be read.

The fact that these homes were built quickly and not by skilled professionals is a disappointment. It would have been helpful for those employees to have a level with them while building…..a lot of walls were not level in our home. More attention to detail would have been nice.

Our house was well built with very few problems; all of which have been addressed and fixed to our satisfaction. [name removed] always returned my calls or text in a timely manner and made sure we were satisfied with the repair or any issue we had.

We are lucky. We didn't have major crisis with our house. Everything had been addressed. The only issue I'd say is that you Never know how long it will take to get addressed and if the repair person is good at their job. We do currently have slight buckling of our roof shingles that have been noted in case an issue arises. Our mastercare rep [name removed] was amazing. She was responsive and got the job done

The quality of the build process is much to be desired. There was more of a focus on building fast rather than building correctly and with pride. Major flooring issues caused me to have to move furniture multiple times at my own labor. It appears I have another major flooring issue in the floor by the lanai sliders needs to be leveled - requiring me again to have to move my furniture. [name removed] (our Mastercare rep) has been super fantastic to work with. She is an 11 out of 10 rating. Unfortunately, she has had to be the face of [name removed] trying to resolve our issues with the build quality. She handled it with grace, held her company accountable, and never once tried to say things that I heard from [name removed] (our building super) that the lack of quality should be expected and accepted. [name removed] is a fantastic employee and should be rewarded.

Hi! I gave scores of 10, because [name removed] and [name removed] were excellent supervisors. Great to work with; answered my questions; provided regular updates; and sent pictures of the progress. Perfect dispositions and followed through each time I reached out. This was especially helpful, because I lived 10 hours away and only saw the house for the first time, when I did the walkthrough. My not-so pleasant experiences or worry comes from concerns not being addressed well or timely on behalf of the technicians or crew in some cases, who were assigned to fix the trouble. For example, during the walkthrough, I noted standing water to the side of the house, by the cable /wifi boxes. [name removed] had to repeatedly contact the landscapers on my behalf. We are still not sure the issue has been resolved. There were a few similar incidences of that nature - that are not a discredit to [name removed] . One major concern unrelated to my house is :the Spectrum box by the transformer. It is sinking and unsafe. The lid does not fit properly cover the sinking box. I know [name removed] has reached out to Spectrum many times and so did I. When I called Spectrum, the issue was noted and a quick/temporary solution of securing the "lid" was done, but it appears to have grown worse. My concern is that a child (or adult) would trip into this unsecure and sinking box, then try sue [name removed], a neighbor, or Spectrum. Besides a tripping hazard, a small child may fall into the box, which is filled to the top with water, & perhaps drown.

My only issue was that 4 of the doors were changed to a different style and I was never notified. They were not what I expected or wanted and they refused to change them back to the original doors in the plans. Very disappointing. Other wise everything has been great.

The last two weeks of the build and into the walk-through, [name removed] took over for the previous superintendent and took such great care of us to make sure every need was met and that repairs happened in a timely manner. [name removed] from Mastercare has also been terrific.

Like [name removed] our superintendent. He was excellent and was on top of the issues we had, which were minor to start. Our only negative issue with the landscaping and irrigation. We have so many issues with front and back lawn, irrigation, and dead plants. Irrigation was finally resiled after 10 months btu the plants had already died and never replaced. Back yard is a swamp. on so on.

Overall, the experience has been good - have enjoyed working with [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed]. The companies/workers have been quick to accommodate any concerns. The HOA itself can be difficult. They tend to be unavailable if needed, not always pleasant, and I understand they must deal with alot of nonsense at times. However, it is a customer service job and there are certain expectations. The HOA is the main reason I would not recommend someone to move here. If somehow this can be turned around, it would be to one's advantage, which is why I always feel it is best to have homeowners on the HOA board because they can see first hand the difficulties and struggles the HOA deals with. I am certainly happy to discuss further if you like.

All during and after my Dreamsicle build, I was always included in the decision making and updates of my home. Now that I have lived in my home for 6 months, I am very very happy with the quality of the build and my MasterCare Representative, [name removed]. [name removed] is quick to respond to any question or concern I may have, which have only been a few minor details. My community and neighbors are also great and welcoming. I am also enjoying the various clubs, activities and experiences offered living in LMHH. Overall, I could not be more pleased and happy with my decision to buy, move and live here in this amazing community.

Honestly the only thing was I felt rushed at the beginning when choosing my A's. However if I recall I was given the option of waiting 24 hours which hindsight being 20/20 probably would have been very beneficial and allowed me to spend more money on my B's and less on my A's in order to stay on budget.

Quality of the finish work was lacking (miter joints in baseboards & door frames). Better choice of location for such things as towel rods. Example being, towel rod & toilet paper holder placed in the guest bedroom bath were constantly hit by the shower door opening. Which cost us $400 to move. Paint quality on interior walls was sub par considering we paid for 2 coats.

Like: [name removed] (sales), [name removed] (superintendent), how easy [name removed] made things. Dislike: lot prices. Bad memory of how when we transitioned from renters to owners, we weren't told that that would erase are gate passes... which led to a LOT of trouble when PODs and delivery trucks showed up. Massively compounded by the fact that someone entered my email AND phone number incorrectly, so the gate weren't able to contact us.

I liked the whole experience from the minute I met [name removed]. She was so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful and this was just on a visit to the model homes. I felt right at home and welcomed on all 3 of my visits which was great because I was basically moving and making a monumental decision on my own. I couldn’t ask for a better builder in [name removed]. I feel incredibly lucky to have had him in charge of my home! From the start, I could see and hear how picky he was with everything connected to the house. Every Friday he sent me updates and photos, which was so helpful! Since I’ve been here and have met a lot of people, I realize just how lucky I was to have [name removed]. More than a few have had major problems and my complaints were very minor. I had a problem with my garage door and it was taken care the next week. Going through this entire process by myself has been so smooth and easy for me, and I feel it was all because of these great people in charge of my house. I feel my friends took wonderful care of me! I’m very happy!

The fact that these homes were built quickly and not by skilled professionals is a disappointment. It would have been helpful for those employees to have a level with them while building…..a lot of walls were not level in our home. More attention to detail would have been nice.

We are lucky. We didn't have major crisis with our house. Everything had been addressed. The only issue I'd say is that you Never know how long it will take to get addressed and if the repair person is good at their job. We do currently have slight buckling of our roof shingles that have been noted in case an issue arises. Our mastercare rep [name removed] was amazing. She was responsive and got the job done

The quality of the build process is much to be desired. There was more of a focus on building fast rather than building correctly and with pride. Major flooring issues caused me to have to move furniture multiple times at my own labor. It appears I have another major flooring issue in the floor by the lanai sliders needs to be leveled - requiring me again to have to move my furniture. [name removed] (our Mastercare rep) has been super fantastic to work with. She is an 11 out of 10 rating. Unfortunately, she has had to be the face of [name removed] trying to resolve our issues with the build quality. She handled it with grace, held her company accountable, and never once tried to say things that I heard from [name removed] (our building super) that the lack of quality should be expected and accepted. [name removed] is a fantastic employee and should be rewarded.

Like [name removed] our superintendent. He was excellent and was on top of the issues we had, which were minor to start. Our only negative issue with the landscaping and irrigation. We have so many issues with front and back lawn, irrigation, and dead plants. Irrigation was finally resiled after 10 months btu the plants had already died and never replaced. Back yard is a swamp. on so on.

Overall, the experience has been good - have enjoyed working with [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed]. The companies/workers have been quick to accommodate any concerns. The HOA itself can be difficult. They tend to be unavailable if needed, not always pleasant, and I understand they must deal with alot of nonsense at times. However, it is a customer service job and there are certain expectations. The HOA is the main reason I would not recommend someone to move here. If somehow this can be turned around, it would be to one's advantage, which is why I always feel it is best to have homeowners on the HOA board because they can see first hand the difficulties and struggles the HOA deals with. I am certainly happy to discuss further if you like.

Quality of the finish work was lacking (miter joints in baseboards & door frames). Better choice of location for such things as towel rods. Example being, towel rod & toilet paper holder placed in the guest bedroom bath were constantly hit by the shower door opening. Which cost us $400 to move. Paint quality on interior walls was sub par considering we paid for 2 coats.

Like: [name removed] (sales), [name removed] (superintendent), how easy [name removed] made things. Dislike: lot prices. Bad memory of how when we transitioned from renters to owners, we weren't told that that would erase are gate passes... which led to a LOT of trouble when PODs and delivery trucks showed up. Massively compounded by the fact that someone entered my email AND phone number incorrectly, so the gate weren't able to contact us.
