He was amazing by keeping us on the loop or what’s going on and after the closing [name removed] is on top of all the minor fixed that needs to be done.

Liked the overall attention and communication from builder and sales person. Were initially told house would be ready in July-October and receiving notification for closing in early June about 8-6 weeks in advanced and had to expedite processes. Although good to be ahead of schedule, would've preferred to have an earlier update closing would potentially be scheduled 1 month before the earliest date provided earlier.

I tried to address a lot of issues that I do not expect pushback because they are either [name removed] violations or obvious mistakes/omissions. Almostt one year after closing, we are still trying to get stuff fixed after fighting with lack of transparency and commitment.

We like [name removed] who assists with any issues we have with the home. We dislike the fact that our floor tiles are hollow and may need to be replaced and we have had a leak from our master shower that was supposed to get fixed that never did and now we need another crew to come and fix it.

Everyone who was part of the process was amazing, timely, and helpful. The only complaints I have are that there are no electric outlet in pantry , missed opportunity as appliances are kept in there and also skullery type usage. Also the the custom walk in guest shower glass door opens into towel rack, makes no sense from design perspective. I am constantly concerned someone is going to break the glass. My builder did give me options but because of parameters with closing requirements it didn’t work. I am open to discuss further and even allow inspection from a user perspective to allow future residents the benefit of further improvements to an already amazing house build. [name removed] and [name removed] are diamonds to me!

I have too many issues that were wrong when I moved in to the house. Starting with broken cabinets, leaks in garage utility doors, and bedroom door not installed properly, bathroom mirrors not well installed just to name a few. Those things caused me to take time off from work so I can be home for repairs. It was very inconvenient for me.

we bought the top house in the Atlantic collection and seems [name removed] cut corners and used cheap, flat paint (vs eggshell with no option to upgrade), we see many flaws, poor design designs were made in [name removed]'s part which are now being corrected, cheap bathroom fixtures, refrigerator is cheapest model and issues with it, roof wasn't done correctly

[name removed] was a breath of fresh air with her amazing personality and made it easy for us to pick out our upgrades. She was amazing I cant say enough about my experience. I can say that it was great as I bought a home in 2023 with Skycove and it did not compare the professional service we received from Mintos. I will recommend [name removed] to all my friends and colleagues. We are over the moon with our new home. Thank you all guys you rock!!
