Working with [name removed] and the team was easy. She was very accommodating and informative. The Loan process was a bit stressful for me as my situation was a bit complicated but I felt that things were not fully explained to me upfront in this regard. Also a number of items that were called out on our initial walkthrough have not been completed and are still unresolved.

I like it when New [name removed] Co. has houses within my income range and easy to work with. I also like that the representatives have been very helpful and available. I dislike the title company New [name removed] Co. is working with. The lady doing my title was careless and inattentive.

[name removed] made the move-in experience smooth, enjoyable, and educational. You can tell that he has several years of experience in residential development and has a flair for customer service. He has a very good attitude, kind demeanor, and is very patient, answering all of our questions. New Home should consider him an invaluable asset. Although there were some miscommunication regarding the timing of the closing, everything was resolved and ultimately the closing went smoothly.

The sales manager [name removed] made us feel comfortable in the process and the field staff are very helpful in responding to my request for items to be repaird ( punchlist items ) .

Was not impressed with the loan partner. Quality of home was not on par with what I expected, especially electrical work. Lose wiring, bracket defects, bathroom vent buttons not working just to name a few

What we liked the most (after the beautiful house you guys built of course) is all the attention we received from the whole team. From sales representatives to home builders, we have nothing but good things to say. [name removed] was incredible and made this process seamless. [name removed] has been of tremendous help in this whole process and always goes above and beyond to make sure any issues or questions we are having get addressed right away.

Electrical is dodgy and paint application is too thin as well color inconsistency and needs gloss finish on shelf surfaces. Issues with cement. White porcelain sink is pretty as long as you never use it. Note that [name removed] and customer service was great at addressing.

some of the Subcontracting jobs were a bit disappointing with the quality of work during the initial build, but the customer service rep ([name removed]) has been helpful in following up and making sure they do a good job.

Dealing with New [name removed] Co mortgage lenders

The first person that we worked with, [name removed], did not explain to us that we would need to use New [name removed] Co. financing in order to qualify for any of the incentives. When we came back to make an offer with our pre-approval through another lender she was incredibly rude, insisting that she had told us and even accused us of lying. At that point we were so turned off that we decided not to purchase the home and began looking elsewhere. Ultimately the fact that we loved this house so much brought us back, and [name removed] was fantastic to work with. [name removed] the superintendent is also wonderful and [name removed] who did our walk-through with us was fantastic as well-they all made us feel very cared for and listened to our concerns/questions etc. [name removed] at Universal Lending was great to work with however that experience left us frustrated as there was a severe lack of communication and explanation of things throughout the process. Once I called [name removed] and she stepped back in, things went very smooth. Overall as first time home buyers the New [name removed] Co. has been fantastic and we are incredibly happy with our home.

The circuit system at the backward makes a lot of noise during the day and at night. It’s so annoying and my bathroom side wall is linking. The master bathroom mirror is cracked.
