The staff was friendly and respectful to me and are quick to address problems in my house. However , I would prefer a simplify paper work of reporting problems in my house.

After I reached the customer care representative and explained the issues with my stove and electrical, he determined it was a emergency repair and had a G.E. tech out to my property within an hour, the tech determined it was a circuit board in the stove and the part was ordered. Hopefully this resolves the problem and there won't be any further issues.

Really the only complaint I have is not necessarily workmanship, it will take time to truly evaluate workmanship. But quality of some products. I would have thought for a $1M price tag installed products would have been of higher quality. By this I'm referring to low end garage door, counter tops, faucets, etc. I will be replacing all over time to more quality products. I replaced all hollow core doors to solid core for less than $20K. Solid core would have been much more quality perception. For less than $100K per home that quality perception could have been elevated substantially. Happy to discuss further.

Hi there.. First and foremost it starts off with [name removed] and [name removed] great sales representatives for the Long Meadows company both sale representatives were warm and welcoming when anybody walk through the doors of the long meadows homes! [name removed] was our go to person from the get go! and ray I was very grateful to have her be our guide all the way she a great person ! [name removed] and I have been shopping around the area here in the Elk Grove area we started looking first here at long meadow homes then started shopping around and then ended back here at the long meadow and ended up purchasing only because of [name removed] who showed us the property and basically stuck with us to the end and helped us through the entire process.. she is a beautiful person , caring , answered all question we had and overall made us fill comfortable purchasing a home especially being first time homebuyers. and I definitely have to mentioned the team they were totally awesome. In fact a lot of us here have talked and we all feel the same way about long meadows beautiful homes and the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. [name removed] and I want thank you one more time for our beautiful home again .

I LOVE THIS Company! [name removed] made us feel very welcomed and took the time to show us the homes, and [name removed] & [name removed] were also amazing to work with during the final walk thru at closing, and afterwards answered all our questions, super helpful kind and friendly, they went above and beyond!

We loved that [name removed] took us through the phases of construction. He was thorough and informative, giving me the confidence to continue on with the project. [name removed] and [name removed] have been available every step of the way, even after turning the keys over. Their response to a couple minor incidences was prompt and complete. The support of all three on our special day was much appreciated. They have shown professionalism since day one.
